Our adult fitness program helps you achieve the body you want. Classes are designed and led by our health professionals who personalize the exercises to meet your fitness level and medical history. Our goal is to help you take your fitness to the next level…whatever that may be for you. Small class sizes plus individual attention equals definite results.
Your body needs movement to be healthy and well. Get your daily dose of low impact, fun, and therapeutic exercise in this class. During this class, you will gain the strength, flexibility, and endurance to feel like you can move your body freely again.

Sports Performance Membership
By improving power, strength, speed, and agility this class gives athletes of all ages a measurable advantage against all competition in every aspect of performance. Each athlete receives personalized attention to promote injury prevention and to make sure they are reaching their potential.

Classes are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, 4:30-5:30pm. Come to as many classes per week as you’d like with your membership.
Groove is a 4-week program designed for female dancers, cheerleaders, and gymnasts of all ages and ability levels. Athletes learn how to reduce repetitive strain injury and be a stronger, more resilient athlete. This class gives female athletes of all ages a measurable advantage. Each athlete receives personalized attention to promote injury prevention and to make sure they are reaching their potential.

Therapeutic Massage Skills for Couples with Wynne Martin, PT
These workshops include lecture, demonstration, and hands on guidance in a small group setting. You will go home with handouts summarizing the techniques and the confidence to do therapeutic massage with your partner.

Are you suffering from back, hip, and leg pain? Tight muscles probably have something to do with it. Learn how to release tight and sore muscles on your partner and get rid of the constant aches and pains.
The Upper Body
Saturday, December 13th, 11:30am-1:30pm, $97 per couple
Tired of feeling sore in the neck, shoulders, and upper back? In this two hour workshop you will learn how to perform simple, effective muscle release techniques for your partner. Feel less pain, reduce headaches, improve mobility in the upper back and shoulders with these techniques.
